AGM December 5
We have a secretary. Jacinthe Paille has agreed to take on the secretary/administration role for our club. All our board members are listed on the left and will need to be confirmed at the AGM on Tuesday, December 5.

Using GoToMeeting
Some of you have not used GoToMeeting before. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm, but you should try to get on before that time. I am usually on at 6:45. I also strongly recomment that you do the system check that is described below:

Update on Goals and Strategic Plan for 2017-18
We will be discussing the Strategic Plan at our AGm December 5. A copy of the update is attached.
Salvation Army Update
Len is coordinating efforts for the Kettle Drive in Ottawa for December 9 at Place D'Orleans from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Ariane has organized a schedule for the same day in Cornwall at Farmboy from 10:am to 8:00 pm. Anyone can participate in a two-hour shift and count that as an activity.
Those of you who are not able to participate on that day can contact the Salvation Army to see where they can use help for the kettle drive.
Rotary E-Club of Canada – Guest Makeup

End of year notes
There will not be another Board meeting until the end of January, unless there is a necessity. Don't forget to mark in your AGM attendance and anything else that you do during that time. There will not be a bulletin on December 24 or 31. Bulletins will resume on January 7. Please send in your Meet the Member notes so that we can start using those again.
