The 2020 District Conference in Ottawa is a great time to meet up with other Rotarians and find out what has been happening in the district.

We had a wonderful social gathering on October 30 in Ottawa. Many members attended enabling us to hold our monthly meeting. Minutes were taken and they will be made available for approval at our next online monthly meeting. The scheduled October 29 meeting was not held online due to technical problems.

We experienced a truly excellent District Conference attended by 5 of our Club members.

You can register now for next year's Conference in Ottawa. Early bird rate in effect

until February 15, 2020.

On November 23rd, President-elect Jacinthe will host a Foundation fundraiser in her home

in Montreal. Start time and cost is being determined and details will be posted once decided.

Please reserve the date and join myself and my wife, Liz. Should be a great evening!

It's time to start the process of electing Club officers for the next Rotary year.

I will send an email this week to all members asking for nominations for various positions.

Please think seriously about whom to select. Details will be forthcoming in the email.

As President Chris has noted we a great lunch meeting in Ottawa this past Wednesday and were able to hold an impromptu meeting to make up for the cancelled meeting the night before. Membership News

We are still looking for another member for the Membership Committee. The Rotary Citation requires that we have 5 members on the committee. Please contact Ariane if interested.

Also please let Ariane know if you do not have a Passport Club name tag. We to need place an order soon for new members who do not yet have a name tag.

Polio National Immunization (NID) Day January 2020

There will be a NID Trip to India in January and you can download two files with information about the trip and how to sign up.
