Nominations to become our President-nominee have closed.
Madeline Roy has accepted the nomination.
We'll formally confirm her nomination this Tuesday at our Annual General Meeting.

Please note the online meeting this Tuesday is the last one we'll have online for 2019.
The next online meeting will be the last Tuesday, January 28, 2020.

In the New Year, we'll ask  Madeline's for her thoughts.
A great way to get to know her and to learn her vision.

The Holiday Cooking Demonstration and Fundraiser
organized by member Simmy Ahluwalia
is a week Tuesday, December 18.
Please support her efforts.
Please buy a ticket even you can't attend.
I'm sure she'll find someone to go in your place.
To buy tickets or more information, contact Simmy.a@rogers.com

Myself and President-elect Jacinthe attended a Grants Seminar held by the District.
It means our club qualifies to apply for free money in the 2020-2021 Rotary year.

Our next newsletter will be created from Florida
where my wife and I are spending the winter.
Thanks to the Internet,
we can stay in touch as always.

Merry Christmas.
Happy Hanukkah.
Happy New Year.

Season's Greetings.
Till next year ...

        Secretary's Thoughts

Good evening all Passport Club Members, President Chris and I have decided that this will be our last Club Bulletin until January 5, 2020, and this coming Tuesday, December 10th will be our 2018/19 Annual General Meeting and this will be our last meeting for 2019.  As President Chris has said above our next club meeting will be January 28, 2020, but our Bulletins in January will keep members abreast of important Rotary happenings.

As Secretary I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe and happy Holiday Season, however you may be choosing to celebrate this wonderful time of year.  Look forward to seeing you all at our AGM Tuesday night!

Terry

December 15th is the next deadline to Register for the Rotary International Convention in June 2020 in Honolulu.
