Last Meeting for Rotary Year

The online meeting on June 5, 2018 is the last one for the Rotary year 17-18. We need to discuss dues, dates for next year, communication, Youth Now project,
and any other items you want to send to me.

You need to be signed in to www.d7040passport.org. All documents that you can download, such as Events, ClubRunner information, Foundation information and so on can be found here. Events with other clubs is updated weekly as new events come up, and past events expire. No new events were added this week.

We’re getting close to the end of the Rotary year!

The official 17-18 Rotary year ends on June 30. If you have not marked in your makeups, please do so as soon as possible. If you are not able to do it yourself, send a list either to me, or to Secretary Jacinthe Paille so that we can enter it.
 
If you are not going to continue in Rotary, you need to let us know. We get charged dues for anyone on our roster on June 30. We hope that you have found this year with the Passport Club worthwhile. Unless we hear from you, we will assume that you are going to continue your membership.
 

Rotary Year End Foundation Giving Deadlines
If you want to help ensure that Rotary will continue to do good in the world for the next 100 years you are encouraged to make a contribution prior to 30 June 2018. Donations made this Rotary year will be applied to your club fundraising goal and may help your club qualify for a Foundation banner.

Parking at the Williamstown Fair

Last year several of our members assisted at the Williamstown Fair parking along with Cornwall Sunrise members. It is a good way to showcase Rotary in the community.

The Rotary Club of Cornwall Sunrise is reconsidering its commitment of parking cars at the Williamstown Fair this summer (Aug 10 to Aug 12).  Please use the link below to commit to one or more time slots.  You may also forward this to friends and family to complete.

LIVESTREAM THE CONVENTION!

As someone who has registered for Rotary International Conventions in the past few years, we thought you would be interested to know that, for the first time, Rotary International will livestream inspiring general sessions and key breakout sessions from the 2018 convention. You can watch them live or whenever you have time for up to three months after the convention ends.

Livestreaming is available in English or Portuguese for $150.
