Update Your ClubRunner Profile

To sign in, user name is Firstname.Lastname.13757, password is 13757. When you get to your profile, go to Settings and edit username and password to something you want. Go to the Personal tab and add in date of birth, phone number, etc. Only the basic information is there for you.

We are now integrated with RI so any personal information that you change or update will automatically synchronize.

If possible, add a picture.

Executive meetings

I would like to propose the first Monday of every month for a GoToMeeting executive meeting. Anyone else can join in if you want an attendance credit. The first official meeting would be June 5 at 7:00 pm.

Summary of SurveyMonkey vote

19 people voted. We had 100% agreement on the constitution, the bylaws, and the opening of a bank account. 75% felt that we should have a charter celebration. Since June is very busy, this will likely occur in July.

David and I met this week to set up an appointment with the bank. More news will follow soon.

My Rotary login

Now that you are in the Rotary database, you should create a My Rotary login. Go to www.rotary.org and look for the signin box.

Signing in to My Rotary gives you a customized experience and easier access to tools and information that are relevant to you.

Anyone can create an account and sign in. Existing Member Access users can re-register with their current user ID. To find your member ID, go to your ClubRunner profile and look in the Rotary tab. This is one of the tasks in your New Member profile. If you get this done, you can use that as an attendance credit.

What can I do to get attendance credits?

If you've logged in and gone to My ClubRunner, look for My Commitments in the blue line under the main headings. In the New Member Program section, there are about 20 activities that you can choose from. As a Passport Club member, you will need to be looking for things to do to fulfill your 40 hours of attendance credits for the year.

Another possibility is to look through Facebook to see what activities that clubs are promoting that you could assist with. We'll try to forward as many of these as we can to the Facebook group that we have. If you find out about things, you can share them to the Facebook group also.

Recording make-ups

The easiest way that I have found to record our make-ups, because that is all we do, is this.

Login; click on Attendance at the top; click on Meetings in the blue line underneath. There is a menu on the left hand side. Under Main, click on Make-ups, and follow the direction in the screen that comes up to add a make-up. You can also see what everyone else has been doing.

100 years for the Rotary Foundation

As charter members of Rotary International, I encourage you to make a donation to the Rotary Foundation before the end of June. You can go to https://www.rotary.org/en/donate to do that easily. It would be so great to see that everyone of our charter members donated during the charter year.
