Profiles
Have you looked at, or edited your profile lately on our website
www.d7040passport.org ? Two members have never signed in yet. There are 12 members who do not have a picture attached to their profile. Since we have members throughout the district who do not meet face to face, a picture is the only way that we can identify you.
There are 7 people who do not have a date of birth in their profile. I have started a birthday section in the bulletin since several people have September birthdays, but do not want to miss anyone.
There are several people who have not entered any makeups since the start of the new Rotary year. You know who you are! If you need some extra help, contact
Ariane.
Documents
Have you checked out the Documents section under the Members Only tab? You must be signed in to see these. There is information on our bylaws and constitution, ClubRunner how-to documents, and membership documents. If you have suggestions for other documents, let Ariane know.
Welcome to new members
Our newest Rotarian is Yves Soumillon who was added to our roster this week. Also added was Gerry Delorme, formerly from the Rotary Club of Hawkesbury, who has recently moved to Orleans. We look forward to seeing a classification article about them.
Download Files
Rotary Basics and Connect for Good are two new documents in Downloads. All of us could benefit from going through those documents. Give yourself an attendance credit if you read at least two of this bulletin’s downloads.
Makeups
You can keep adding makeups until you get to May 28, 2018. Try not to bank meetings, just keep adding them to the next available date for you. Any meeting data from 16-17 is now deleted. I will be closing the attendance for July this week so that we can get an attendance report. If you have applicable makeups you can add those to closed meetings still, but we cannot get a report until the meeting is declared closed.
Some of you may have noticed that meetings you banked have now been assigned to a date. I tried to go through the list so that we could keep going adding makeups throughout the year. I know that for previous Rotarians that seems strange, but then we are not a usual club, so we do our attendance credits in an unusual way.
